One unique feature of Crowdcast was the requirement for attendees to verify their email before registering for your events. This ensured that every registrant was a real person with a verified email, helping to prevent spam. However, this extra step sometimes led to users dropping off before completing registration.
With our latest update, we’ve found a better balance.
Now, new users are instantly registered for your event, but they must verify their email to interact during the event.
This approach offers the best of both worlds: higher registration rates, as users don’t need to check their email to sign up, while maintaining protection against spammy participants disrupting your events.
We’d love to hear your thoughts on this update and how it can improve your event experience!
