Ngondro Text: You may use the Yuthok Nyingthig Ngondro practice booklet or The Tibetan Art of Good Karma book, or you may follow along without a text.
Ganapuja Text: You may use the Yuthok Nyingthig Ganapuja practice booklet, or you may follow along without a text.
Preparation: Please prepare an offering of food and drink for the ganapuja feast near the end of practice.
Recording: If you are unable to join us live, you can practice with the recording (available on this page) on your own time.
