Exploring Your Birth Chart: The Ascendant - A Journey Through The Houses

This special course series, 'Exploring Your Birth Chart', is a journey into self-discovery. No prior study of Astrology is required. We will go step by step in a personal chart reading, for your self! Astrology is meant to be a tool of empowerment and growth. The best way to learn about Astrology and how it affects you, is to study your own Birth Chart. Together we are exploring the energies and making the most of these potent times.
The first Session in the Series, is an introduction to Astrology. We explore the origin and history of Astrology, and the basic geometry of the planets. We examine the over all shape and energy of Your Birth Chart, as a foundation to going deeper. Here is a link to access the replay of Session 1:
In Session 2, we will begin to look at specific aspects of the birth chart, starting with the Ascendant and Descendant, and an introduction to the Houses.
This series will be augmented by Q&A's and Sharing Sessions, where we can talk more directly about Your Birth Chart. The first Q&A will be held on Tuesday, June, 6th at 11am MDT. If you sign up for Session 1 or Session 2, you will automatically be added to this Q&A event.
**Instructions on getting an image of your Birth Chart:

-Go to Astro.com
-Click on 'Horoscopes' in the navigation bar
-Under Bold heading 'Drawings, Calculations, Data', click on 'Extended Chart Selection'. This will allow you to add elements to your birthchart, like Chiron, and other asteroids and Black Moon Lilith.
-You will be given an option to enter your birth data.
-After you entered in your data, the Extended Chart Selection page appears.
-Click on 'Additional Objects'
-Click on the following options, while holding down the 'shift' or 'control' key to add multiple selections
Pars Fortunae (Part of Fortune)
Chiron
Lilith
-You can also enter them manually in a list, separated by commas, on the right of the page
-Click on the green button 'Show the Chart'
-Click anywhere on the chart for a new window to pop up with only the chart.
-From here you can download or save the image on your computer. Right click on the chart and choose 'Save Image As' and name it as you would like. You now have a very readable image of Your Birth Chart for this journey of self-discovery!**
