American Brewers Influence on European Brewers
Julia Herz and Austrian filmmaker Fritz Moser will share glimpses into Oval, Rodenbach, Brooklyn breweries. In addition, brewers like Peter Bouchart (New Belgium, Purpose Brewery) Steve Hindy (Brooklyn Brewery), and Frank Boon (Brouwerij Boon). They'll discuss the mutual influences between European traditions and, American craft beer. And how the American craft beer culture is now spilling back to Europe and generating an entirely new generation, of brewers to be bolder in their approaches to try new things, be more inventive and creative with beer. How the relationship between the old world and the new world and how they mutually influence each other to the benefit of beer.

Fritz Moser:
PRODUCER AND DIRECTOR
Friedrich holds a university degree (MA) in History and German Studies from the University of Salzburg, Austria. From 1998-2000 he worked as a TV journalist in Bolzano/Bozen, Italy. In 2001 he founded blue+green communication. Friedrich has been writing, directing, shooting and producing documentaries since 1999, with an output of over 20 films. Friedrich’s professional career also includes lecturing on history and documentaries at the University of Vienna. blue+green communication is a film production company based in Vienna, Austria, working with partners in London, New York and Los Angeles.
