Tools for Attunement: Working with Mercury Retrograde
By Britten LaRue
Join astrology Britten LaRue and energy reader / healer Natasha Levinger to learn about working with this coming Mercury retrograde in Aquarius (Jan 30 - Feb 20).
This will the first of a fairly regular series from us under the umbrella of “Tools for Attunement.” By this we mean: practices for listening and feeling into the energy invitation of the moment in order to bring you more ease, revelation, healing, and an increased sense of safety in the body and psyche.
Natasha is an energy healer and reader who teaches and practices inner child and energy healing techniques, while aware of what is going on astrologically. I am an astrologer who practices and teaches about energy and somatic healing techniques. So we decided to combine our skillsets and offer ways to work with astrology energetically in ways that will be helpful to people.
Our primary interest is providing guidance on what is most relevant, so for our first webinar we’ll be exploring the upcoming Mercury Retrograde in Aquarius. There is a lot of fear-based (mis)information about Mercury retrogrades out in popular culture, so our desire to share how to work with and invite learning from these 3-week experiences that happen 3 times a year. Mercury Retrogrades can truly be periods you can anticipate with gratitude and curiosity.
In our time together....
We will discuss what Mercury Rx is and how to anticipate and attune to what you might experience.
We will share tips and tools for being with what it might feel like or what might come up.
I will address the specifics of this particular retrograde in Aquarius, with Saturn, Sun, Jupiter, and soon Venus all co-present, and all squaring Mars and Uranus in Taurus.
Natasha will lead us in an energy healing meditation that will help you go through the next three weeks with more ease, and help you feel more comfortable in general when things are not flowing as you would like. This can be practiced regularly during the retrograde.
We will close with a Q&A for extra support. It will last about one hour and 15 minutes, depending on the amount of discussion.
The replay will be available through the same link you receive to join the webinar.
See you there!
