Also, this is my experiment at offering this virtual webinar every month to offer all of you the basics of meditation and mindfulness practice. Every month will be a little different depending on what themes I decide to focus on. So if you have already done a previous webinar on introduction to meditation, this one will be a different experience!
For this month, we will be focusing on GROUNDING AND CALMING DOWN.**
Dear beautiful human,
I speak a lot about mindfulness and meditation because I have a firsthand experience of knowing exactly how meditation is life-saving and life-changing.
While the profound changes did not happen overnight, I definitely noticed seismic shifts in -- well, everything. My creative practice. My relationship with others. My relationship to myself. The increase in divine coincidences, unexpected blessings, and new opportunities. My mental health. My artistic intuition.
Most importantly, my sense of self-worth, self-love, and the increasing stability of my mental health.
Certainly, meditation was not a cure-all for all my problems. Having gone through an intense deep and dark depressive episode, what pulled me out of my black hole when I seriously started my meditation practice was a combination of medication, therapy, a change in certain life circumstances, and a new job--among other things.
But I truly believed that meditation happening in tandem to those things helped create SPACE and EASE for many much needed positive transitions to occur.
And as somebody who has been meditating for over ten years now, MEDITATE!!!!!!!! is my first key piece of advice to all humans, especially humans who have an active creative practice.
Meditation is my foundation for everything. I cannot imagine living my life without it.
I want all humans to have this foundation as a daily practice, and I believe that all humans on this planet should have access to this knowledge.

  • Tips for implementing meditation and mindfulness into your creative practice.
  • Q&A with me!
Come prepared to the webinar with writing utensils, an open mind, and ideally a comfortable place where you can sit and meditate.
Please also know that once you register for the event, you have unlimited replay access to this webinar, and this applies for both people who can attend the live event at the actual time and people who cannot make it to the exact 2-hour time frame!
