Join me in this virtual workshop to guide you through the framework of living what I call your Emergent No so that your Wild Yes can find you. My life has become very abundant these last few years, and I have learned that this is because I've learned to listen to the No that emerges into my consciousness, even if facing it may involve entering grief and a lot of fear.

Let's get into it together! I’ll share some personal examples for recognizing my own Emergent No and what came about after honoring it. I’ll offer what I call “symptoms of a deferred No,” which is really helpful if you don’t even know how to tell a No in your body (all too common!). And then I will be holding space for you to name and listen to yourself.
