Come join One Hat One Hand for a virtual guided tour of one of their unique interactive experiences. This tour will take you through a beautiful gallery space that showcases various pieces of art and sculpture from the team's collection of designs.
Corbin Ordel Studio
Collaborating with One Hat One Hand to create a virtual portfolio, Corbin Ordel Studio is a new-media agency specializing in virtual & augmented reality, game design, and interactive content for live events. The founder, Corbin Ordel, emphasizes the use of a flexible and far-reaching set of tools allowing for the creation of content that explores uncharted genre, technological needs, and subject matter.
This VR Guided tour with One Hat One Hand is a unique experience that brings the studio to you in an interactive and engaging way by creating and virtual realty of One Hat One Hand's Studio. One Hat One Hand Design Team will meet you inside the VR Studio where they will guide you through the experience virtually.
For this year's Virtual Design Week Reification.io has teamed up with four Bay Area Based companies; Nonfiction, Ruth Ranieri, One Hat One Hand and Studio 12 to created 4 unique VR experiences.
About One Hat One Hand
One Hat One Hand is a design and fabrication studio. Our staff includes skilled designers, project managers, craftspeople and talented artists. With a combined 35,000 square feet in our design studio and fabrication facility, we have the capability of creating custom elements for extraordinary environments. We take pride in the talents and creative skills of our team and we work hard to produce seemingly impossible installations through thoughtful design, hands-on fabrication, and technology integration.
About ReVision by Reification.io
ReVision, created by Reification.io, is a multi-user immersive design visualization system for designers to produce a compelling visual representation of their designs.
These design representations can be experienced by multiple users in person or remotely, using a Desktop or a Virtual Reality headset.
To make this the best user experience for the tour, users should have the following:
headphones
mouse
window 10 and Mac OS (not compatible with Linux or Android)
How it works
1) To register - pick a time slot that will work best for you. Due to the limited number of seats to make this experience engaging we ask that every attendee join the experience on time. If you can no longer make it we ask that you cancel your seat as these tours are in high demand with a waitlist enabled.
2) Once you register - you will be sent login instructions with a link. This link is your password that will allow you to enter the VR Tour. You will also be sent a FAQ sheet with additional information to ensure the best user experience.
3) On the day of your guided tour you will receive a reminder with all your VR Guided Tour info details!
