More than 90% of Canadians want to age in theirhomes. However there can be challenges to successfully aging at home includingrising costs while living on a fixed income or social isolation and loneliness.Luckily, there are innovative solutions. This session invites you to learnabout two exciting ways to age at home: intergenerational home sharing andshared home ownership.
This session is moderated by Laura Tamblyn Watts, CEO of CanAge(Canada’s National Seniors’ Advocacy Organization) and features Louise Bardswich, one of the pioneering GoldenGirls of Port Perry, and Jackie Tanner, National Manager at Canada HomeShare.
