MBS - My MBA Career path - Alumni Talk

By Milpark Education

The job market today is more and more demanding “future-ready skills.” Companies are looking to come out of the pandemic stronger than they were before by pivoting and adjusting their business models. Hiring the right talent with the right skills is an important piece of that. You should have the same mindset. Ask yourself: “How can I expand my skillset and capabilities to be the best candidate for these roles?” An MBA could be key in acquiring the experience you need to have a competitive advantage in the job market — and this is not a bad reason to pursue one. Some students even come to business school to explore an entrepreneurial path. They typically go on to launch their own startups, or join early-stage firms, including those founded by alums. Please join 2 of our Alumni for a discussion on their diverse career paths and their MBA studies. They will provide insight and guidance ito of their experience of the Milpark MBA and the value it added to their varied professions. Vishal Tilak(Founder & Owner of i-DotIT) will share his insights from an innovator and entrepreneurial point of view. I-DotIT is a management, technology and procurement consulting firm that works with leading businesses and government. Henrik Jonsson (Executive Chef & Assistant Professor Head of School at Woosong University, South Korea) will talk you through his MBA studies and the journey to becoming an award-winning international chef and assistant professor at Woosong University.
