Join us for this session to learn about Sam's journey developing a Notion workspace for a local newspaper with over 250 team members.
He will share how he went through the process of architecting the Notion workspace, how he designed it with the end user's experience in mind and the iterations he went through to make it relevant and essential for the team to continue using the workspace.
In the session, we'll talk about important considerations and strategies for scaling Notion workspaces and improving buy-in, as well as mistakes and pitfalls to avoid.

Sam Catania is the Chief Technology Officer at The Stanford Daily, a student-run independent daily college newspaper. The Daily publishes between 20 and 40 articles per day to an audience of over half a million people per month, and Sam works to manage the website, internal organization-wide Notion workspace, and other technology tools used by the other 250+ staff members. Outside of news and media, Sam enjoys hiking, biking, and swimming.
