Using aeroponics and IoT to improve local food security & reduce food waste
By Green Tech South West
Green Tech South West welcomes Lilly Manzoni, head of research and development at LettUs Grow, a Bristol based vertical farming startup developing sustainable farming technologies, to explain all about aeroponic technology.
LettUs Grow is an indoor agriculture company addressing systemic problems in food production and supply chain management. They are part of a movement to establish localised indoor farms in and around cities, improving local food security and reducing food waste.
In this session Lilly will give an introduction to LettUs Grow covering their journey, aims and ethos as a company with sustainability at its core. She'll also discuss how LettUs Grow creates cutting edge technology like Ostara and Drop & Grow, to deliver modular, aeroponic irrigation with intelligent control technology improving the efficiency, sustainability and ROI of indoor farming.
