With guest presenter Kat Smith. Kat was diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis in 2009 and after years of decisions being made for her, took ownership of her own health by training as a nutritional therapist. Kat is a  Lifecode Gx registered nutrigenomics practitioner (and graduate of NPP 2022) who uses nutrigenomics in her own practice.
