Kenne Thomas’ LIFEFORCE is led by Chicago native drummer and composer, Kenne Thomas. The seasoned, in demand musician has performed worldwide over a decades long career. He settled in Japan for a time; touring with King Records jazz Pasteorganist, Toshihiko Kankawa; in concerts, clubs and television. Kenne’s present group, Lifeforce brings to life the stylings of Art Blakey’s Jazz Messengers, The Jazz Crusaders and the Tony Williams Quintet in this talented ensemble. Their CD album, WOODLAWN has been well received on radio nationwide.
