Meet your panel
Larissa Baldwin is a Widjabul Wia-bul woman from the Bundjalung Nations and First Nations Justice Campaign Director at GetUp. She dedicates her life to fighting for First Nations justice and Self-Determination. Larissa is an expert on gas policy and works directly with Traditional Owners in the Northern Territory who don’t support fracking on their land. Before she joined GetUp she was Co-Founder for Seed Indigenous Youth Climate Network.
Professor Will Steffen is a climate change expert and researcher at the Australian National University. He is the author of numerous publications on climate science, including contributing as an author and reviewer to five IPCC assessments and special reports. His research interests span climate change and earth system science.
