About Our Speakers
Kelly Anne Parker is the Director of Corporate Gifting at Urbanstems and the Founder of Send Ribbon which was acquired by Urbanstems in 2020. Kelly is responsible for leading all B2B Sales channels and managing a growing team of Sales Professionals to help companies send gifts to their prospects, clients, customers and employees. Urbanstems offers a wide range of unique flowers, plants, and gifts for same day delivery in NYC & DC and next day shipping around the country.
Kelly is a native New Yorker and has rooted herself in the NYC tech startup scene. She has held various B2B Sales & Marketing positions at Doordash, Managed by Q acquired by WeWork, Indeed and AOL. Kelly is an Advisor and Mentor to various other Founders and companies within the B2B space. In her spare time, Kelly takes spin classes, listens to podcasts, and goes to the beach weekly.
Amy Lin is the Director of Sales Operations at Okta, where she marries sales sentiment with data and process to maximize sales investment returns. Over the last 5 years, she's worn many hats to push for improvements in the sales process, forecasting cadences, and prospecting partnerships throughout the organization, allowing the sales team 8x under her oversight. This is the latest of 12+ year career in Operations where Amy has built out her efficiency fantasy at various companies from East coast financial services firms to Silicon Valley tech companies. In her spare time, she enjoys running her backyard micro farm with her beehives and chickens in Oakland, CA.
