Figuring out your gender identity can be a sensitive time in your life, filled with questions about the core of who you are as a person. This journal will guide you through self-reflection as you examine your gender identity. Whether you just started questioning your identity or are in the middle of your exploration, you'll find guidance and exercises that inspire you to get to know yourself on your own terms.

Katie Leikam, MBA, LCSW, LISW-CP, BC-TMH is a gender therapist and small business owner with 10 years of experience working with the LGBTQIA community. She is WPATH GEI SOC v7 certified. She serves the LGBTQIA, transgender, non-binary, and genderqueer community with mental health wellness. She works with her clients with gender identity, anxiety, autism, relationship stress, family and religious conflict and coming out to others. Katie is also a speaker and educator, speaking at Gender Odyssey Los Angeles, as well as the United States Association of Transgender Health and offers consultation to other professionals. Katie has been quoted in publications such as Huffington Post and is the author The Gender Identity Journal: Prompts and Practices for Exploration and Self Discovery.
E.R. Anderson is the Executive Director of Charis Circle. As part of his work at Charis he co-facilitates the Race-Conscious Parenting Collective, and The Gender Creative Parenting Collective, and supports the work of Trans and Friends because he knows that when children receive a strong foundation in justice and liberation, they go on to change the world in unexpected and beautiful ways.
