About Sep:
Sep Kamvar is a computer scientist, artist, and entrepreneur and is the co-founder of Celo. He also co-founded Mosaic and Wildflower Schools. Before Celo, he was a professor and the head of the Social Computing research group at the MIT Media Lab. While pursuing his PhD at Stanford, Sep co-founded Kaltix which was acquired by Google. From 2003 to 2007, Kamvar was the head of personalization at Google. Kamvar is also the author of three books and more than 40 technical publications and patents. He received his PhD in scientific computing and computational mathematics from Stanford University, and an AB in chemistry from Princeton University.
