The Great Reshuffle has many job seekers finding themselves confronted with the decision either to continue working in their current career or to pivot into a field unrelated to anything they have done previously. Many are reporting their values no longer align with the work they are doing and the desire to continue with remote work is strong. Many now feel it’s possible to create a lifestyle that is more in balance then before.
