The Concert for Bangladesh
By Fab Four Master Class
In August 1971, George Harrison (with a little help from his friends) staged two pioneering charity events at Madison Square Garden in aid of Bengali refugees. The Concert for Bangladesh is the critically acclaimed and commercially successful triple live album that came out of this effort, featuring Harrison and Ringo Starr sharing the stage, along with Bob Dylan, Ravi Shankar, Billy Preston and many more.
Join renowned Beatles historian and author Kenneth Womack and producer, composer and Deconstructing the Beatles series creator Scott Freiman for the 7th session in our “Solo Years” series of Fab Four Master Classes, The Concert for Bangladesh, on Thursday, July 21st, 2022 at 8 pm ET.
Each presentation runs approximately 90 minutes, followed by Q&A.
The Fab Four Master Class is brought to you by your friends at CultureSonar and Wonderwall Communications.
