After School Club: Weaving

Weaving is one of the most enduring technologies on earth. There is evidence dating back thousands of years that textiles have been woven in the same way they are today. In this after school club learn all about weaving, how it is done and different types of weaves. Plus, learn how to weave using paper. To take part you will need:
  • paper - 2 different colours
  • scissors
  • pencil
  • ruler
This live program is suitable for children 6-12 years old. It is recommended that parents or caregivers are present during this live program.
