Midsomer Music and More is a musical journey on the theremin and a talk on the Magic of Midsomer.  2022 marks the 25th Anniversary of the first episode of the ever popular ITV detective drama Midsomer Murders.

To mark the occasion Thame Museum has organised an exhibition all about the show and as part of the exhibition they have organised, in collaboration with the Thame Players Theatre, a concert by renowned performer, Lydia Kavina, on the unusual musical instrument used in the opening music of the show, the theremin.  To complement Lydia's performance, Tony Long will give a talk on the history of Midsomer Murders and the role Thame has played in the show's filming.
