In preparation for our discussion, think about the following:
How do you build out your cybersecurity program? Is it designed to avoid attacks, respond to attacks, or withstand attacks?
What are ways to look for complexity and simplify your security program?
When a new technology is introduced (for security or not) how does that affect your security program? How does the security program adapt?
What training and drills do you do for the security team and for the entire company? Where have you found ways to improve your program?
