Karl Richter is the owner of eLearning Blends, a Blended Learning design company that integrates online training with classroom experiences, and performance support tools.

He believes the best training is not only accurate, but memorable enough to encode to long-term memory. His speaking style is humorous, research-based, and practical.

Karl works as a coach and facilitator with individuals and groups of all sizes. Workshops include Blended Learning Recipes and Fun with Articulate Storyline.

He earned his MA in Educational Technology from San Diego State University in 2006 and was an Online and Campus instructor through 2011. He lives in Louisville Kentucky with his wife, 4 boys, and a dog named Derby.
