Deborah is a learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience creating digital learning experiences. She started her career in education, and in the early 2000’s began teaching online. She quickly discovered she enjoyed designing and developing online learning experiences as much as she did facilitating them. For the past ten years she has been in the corporate arena, designing and developing engaging interactive eLearning. Two of her greatest passions are learning and technology. Deborah has a Masters’ Degree in Instructional Design and Technology and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership in Learning Technologies at Pepperdine University. Her greatest accomplishment has been raising three amazing kids!
