Until 3/7 I will be rehearsing Mephisto at the Staatstheater Wiesbaden.  Before the rehearsals start I will be offering a mindful yoga session from Monday to Friday at 9am.

All Naked Companions of the Naked Theatre have access to the live sessions. The recordings will be available to all our wonderful patrons for one month and for the price of a cup of coffee!

Proceeds from the sessions will be used to organise the Naked Theatre Summer Retreat. By taking care of your body and mind, you'll also be helping to fund the Naked Theatre Summer Retreat.
