White Album Part 1
By Fab Four Master Class
As the Beatles left 1967 and the heady height of psychedelia behind, they were ready to embark on more spiritual enlightenment quests and a return to their musical roots… all of which would lead to the epic, eponymous album The Beatles, better known as The White Album.
Join renowned Beatles historian and author Kenneth Womack and producer, composer and Deconstructing the Beatles series creator Scott Freiman for the 10th installment in our series of Fab Four Master Classes, The White Album (Part I). This session (the first of three parts!) will look at the band’s visit to India, their early 1968 songs including “Across the Universe,” “Lady Madonna,” and “Hey Bulldog,” plus the Esher demo tapes.
Sign up here for The White Album (Part I) taking place Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 8pm ET.
Over the next several months this series of Master Classes will cover the Beatles' entire career. Each presentation will run approximately 90 minutes, followed by Q&A.
The Fab Four Master Class is brought to you by your friends at CultureSonar and Wonderwall Communications.
