Water Weavers Conversation Space: Vera Garibaldi

By Oshun Swim School

Water Weavers Series: A virtual gathering with water weavers - people who have deep practices, knowledge, and wisdom around water connection. This is an invitation to expand our understanding of water and the beautiful, complex, and miraculous ways water is woven into our lineage, bodies, and lives. The series alternates between a conversation space and cultural practice space.
The February gathering is a conversation space that invites participants of all identities to learn from water weavers who share their expertise and wisdom. Questions explored include: How can we more deeply connect with water? How does being immersed in water impact our bodies, spirits, emotions? What skills and understandings can deepen our swim practice and our experience of joy in water?
