The Magic The Gathering (MTG) saga began long ago, when Dr. Richard Garfield created - while working on his PhD in Combinatorics - the very first trading card game (TCG). 
Magic The Gathering remains one of the greatest TCGs of all time—beloved by mages, scribes, and adventurers alike. (Blockchain trivia: The now infamous Mt. Gox Exchange crypto exchange started in 2006 as an exchange for MTG cards!).

Now, three decades later, Richard and long-time partner and MTG expansion creator Skaff Elias, two legendary game creators,  explore and discuss our backyard —blockchains and validity rollups— musing on their potential to revolutionize the gaming experience and spark newfound possibilities.
