Vicissitudes: A conversation with Author Kim Green and Editor Trystan Cotten
By Charis Books and More/Charis Circle
Charis welcomes author Kim Green in conversation with editor Trystan Cotten for a celebration of Vicissitudes, a beautifully written black trans queer romance.
After a painful divorce, Morgan has learned to guard her heart and focus on raising her daughter. Then she meets Jahn, a charismatic high school gym teacher, who is moonlighting at a wedding to save money for something big that will change his life, forever. He is everything Morgan has ever wanted in a man and much more. Sparks fly and Morgan begins to rethink her commitment to the isolation of single life. Their budding romance takes a turn when buried secrets and old flames surface and threaten their plans for a life together. Swept into a whirlwind of jealousy, shame and guilt, Morgan and Jahn are forced to come clean with themselves and each other. The tension builds when they confront the choice between love, or a lifetime of regret in this provocative emotional thriller.
