VALENTINES DAY DINNER
Learn how to prepare a 3 course Valentine's Day dinner with Jen & Billy.
Grab your partner, BFF, family member, or heck come alone and join me and my fiance, Billy in this special, super fun, 2 day, Valentine's Weekend class. We wanted to take all the stress out of the holiday for you and to be honest, we wanted to have fun as well. Billy and I are typically in the kitchen at our restaurant getting crushed with orders but things are different in our COVID world. Believe me, there is no reason to be intimidated by 3 courses, we will be with you each step of the way. On Saturday the 13th, prep is the name of the game. Butchering, making a spice mix, marinade, dressing, and pastry cream are some of the things we will accomplish. This will help you understand the importance of having mise en place ready. On Sunday, Valentine's Day, our cook & plating together will feel like a breeze. Cutting veggies, macerating berries, roasting the chicken, and building the trifle will be what we focus on before signing off to light the candles and enjoy our labor of love.

Terms & Conditions:
A non-refundable payment in US Dollars for the full course fee per person is required to reserve a place. Payment will be processed at the time of registration.
Price does not include ingredients, recipe, equipment, transportation.
The recipe will not be released & it is your own responsibility to take notes during the webinar.
Carroll Couture Cuisine, LLC is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend its programs.
Any event with charitable contributions will only be accounted for during the in-moment live stream. When the live stream is complete, the charitable contribution & donations will not apply for the replay of the recorded live stream or the duration of time the replay is available on Crowdcast.
Cancellation & Refunds:
There will be no refund for cancellations for registration. All sales final.
