Join us on 8-28-26 for “Hacking our Comfort with Autonomous Agents” – Super Cyber Friday

Please join us on Friday, August 28, 2026, for Super Cyber Friday.

Our topic of discussion will be “Hacking our Comfort with Autonomous Agents: An hour of critical thinking about getting agents to do the things we want them to do without worrying about it”

Joining David Spark, producer of CISO Series for this discussion will be:

Tim Leehealey, co-founder & president, Strike48

In preparation for our discussion, think about the following:

What’s the convincing to be done with the rest of the business? Everyone’s first reaction is skepticism (e.g., It’s going to hallucinate. It’s going to lie to me. I don’t want to use it.) How do you overcome that?

How do you work with your employees in tandem until you get comfort with how the AI is using? It’s a process everyone has to go through.

How do you use it over time? What is the training process you have to do with AI agents to get the level of IT fidelity that you want?

What are the vendors managing AI agents learning from their customers?

How do you tune it. How do you drive agents to precision?

How do we use another agent to check the work of another agent?

If these agents are now doing the work of junior people, what are those junior people doing now? And what will they be doing in the future? Does this change hiring and training in the SOC?

What are the guardrails you put in place?

It all starts at 1 PM Eastern/10 AM Pacific. At the end of the hour [2 PM Eastern/11 AM Pacific] we'll switch gears to our meetup where everyone will get a chance to chat face to face.

Super Cyber Fridays are open discussions where all viewers and listeners are welcome to become participants. Before the scheduled event, connect your webcam and microphone (avoid Bluetooth). During the discussion, if you have a question or comment, let it be known in the chat room and our producer will do his best to get as many of you into the conversation. We look forward to you joining us.
