With nearly 50 years of experience as a successful school owner, instructor, and mentor to martial arts professionals around the world, Dave Kovar knows the plan you make before January decides how your whole year goes.

In this webinar, he’ll walk through his Annual School Improvement Plan, 20 steps for heading into the new year with purpose. He’ll start with your own habits and mindset, then cover reviewing last year and tracking the seven stats that matter most, setting statistical, financial, and personal goals, and seeing your facility through a first-time visitor’s eyes.

From there, he’ll move to reconnecting with every student and family, running staff reviews and weekly meetings, mapping out your curriculum and calendar, and making real use of the hours before classes start. Then he’ll show you how to commit to the steps you’re most likely to skip, giving you a complete plan for making this your school’s best year yet.
