For over 25 years, Drayton’s TRV4 has been their flagship product. The classiest, best looking TRV in the market. Since the launch of the TRV4 Classic in 1992, there have been other incarnations added to the range: All White, All Chrome for bathrooms and now Anthracite to match with the increasingly popular decorative radiators that many homeowners are opting for.
Dave Kempster, the resident TRV expert at Drayton is doing a live session in which he’ll expand on some of the popular features and tell you about some of the secret ones, giving you 5 reasons to choose Drayton TRV4.
1. Design – it’s contemporary and iconic design make it an eye-catching TRV. There are no dust traps which make it simple to keep clean and it comes in four colour variants to suit any radiator.
2. Internals – the non-stick internals ensure no call backs after a summer of non-use, plus the liquid sensor is ultra-sensitive and leads to faster and more accurate reaction times.
3. Range limiting pins – these come in every one of our TRV4 models. Found inside the head, they enable the limiting of the temperature to a set range, ideal to prevent energy wastage.
4. Balancing key – the pièce de résistance of the Drayton TRVs, this little gadget is a MUST-HAVE for all installer toolkits. It enables the balancing of the radiator setting from the valve itself. Once the head is replaced, customers can’t accidentally meddle and unbalance all your hard work.
5. Replaceable gland seals – using the balancing key, these little gland seals can be removed and replaced, helping the TRV4 really be the TRV4Life!
