This session will explore the development of an app that provides legal awareness to communities in need by curating information about policies, regulations, and legislation specific to that community to help concerned and impacted citizens as civic situations arise.

It will also include an overview of some of the open source technologies used including IBM Cloud Documentation Home, Kubernetes in IBM Cloud, PostgreSQL, OpenShift and Node.js as part of how you can get involved in the development or deployment of open source projects like this one.
