What is illustration and how do you become an illustrator? Children's book author and illustrator, Carey Sookocheff, will share her career path. Learn about different areas of illustration including editorial, advertising and children's books, and different work opportunities in the industry.

Carey Sookocheff is TPL's 2023 Illustrator in Residence. The Joanne Fitzgerald Illustrator in Residence Program is a joint program of IBBY Canada, Toronto Public Library, the Canadian Urban Libraries Council, and the Young Family.

This 1-hour program will be recorded and available for replay until November 7, 2023.
