Virtual Studio Tour of a DIY Artist Run Project

By TPL Programs

Join Su-Ying Lee, TPL's 2022 Arts Mentor in Residence as she moderates a virtual studio visit to the plumb. Participants will be introduced to the DIY artist-run project which is dedicated to offering a surplus of space in a city where space is at a premium—particularly for artists, community organizers, and marginalized groups. The plumb is interested in providing exhibition space to emerging artists, fostering dialogues with established voices, and providing a platform for culturally diverse artists and curators.
Presented by Su-Ying Lee(she/her), an independent curator who has worked in institutions as Assistant Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art (MOCCA), Curator in Residence at the Justina M. Barnicke Gallery, and Assistant Curator at the Art Gallery of Mississauga.
