Topic 5 Homeostasis & response: AQA GCSE Biology (TRIPLE only) exam questions

Join me in this interactive online class designed specifically for AQA GCSE Biology (triple science) students. While it primarily targets higher tier (HT) students, foundation tier students will also benefit (with HT-only content highlighted).

The class is part of a series that will cover every topic in paper 2. Sessions 1, 3 and 5 cover content for both combined and triple science, while sessions 2, 4 and 6 focus on the additional triple science content. This means for triple science, there are a total of 6 classes. 
Wednesday 31st May, 10am: Topic 5 Homeostasis and response - combined science AND triple science content
Wednesday 31st May, 1pm: Topic 5 Homeostasis and response - triple science only content
Thursday 1st June, 10am: Topic 6 Inheritance, variation and evolution - combined science AND triple science content
Thursday 1st June, 1pm: Topic 6 Inheritance, variation and evolution - triple science only content
Friday 2nd June, 10am: Topic 7 Ecology - combined science AND triple science content
Friday 2nd June, 1pm: Topic 7 Ecology  - triple science only content
During each fast-paced 90 minute session, we’ll work through around 80 marks worth of carefully selected past paper questions. This will enable us to cover everything you need to know while also developing your exam technique.

For each question, I’ll guide you through reading it in a way that will enable you to identify exactly what it is that the examiner is looking for. We’ll then write a model answer together. We’ll also discuss common mistakes, memory tips and alternative ways the sub-topic could be tested. Discussion alongside answering the question will enable us to cover every single specification point, even those not directly addressed in the questions.
