The novel has been optioned for a TV series by HBO, and he’s currently helping with the pilot.

Dain spends the winter snowboarding at Bear Mountain Resort, where he is a Level II certified snowboard instructor.
Patrick H. Moore writes thrillers and crime novels. He is a retired LA-based investigator and sentencing mitigation specialist. He writes the Nick Crane thriller series, including 27 Days, Rogues & Patriots (both finalists in the General Thriller category of the American Fiction Awards), and Rogues & Patriots was named a Top Pick in the Thriller category in this year's Killer Nashville Silver Falchion awards. The third book in the series is scheduled for release in September 2025.
