John Buultjens is a former BMX star who is now the global brand manager at Haro Bikes and an adoption ambassador. John’s life story is extraordinary enough to warrant a film and book, Ride: BMXGlory – Against All The Odds which has struck a chord with audiences across the world.

Rita Soronen is the President and CEO of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Ms. Soronen has worked on behalf of abused, neglected and vulnerable children for more than 30 years, providing leadership for local, state and national efforts working to improve the juvenile justice and child welfare systems, while striving to assure safe and permanent homes for North America’s children.

Kristin Allender is the Executive Director of Tennessee Kids Belong and a spokesperson for America's Kids Belong, a national child welfare advocacy organization.  An adoptee herself, Kristin has always been on the front lines, advocating for the vulnerable by helping give them a voice.
