Charis welcomes Alicia Garza in conversation with Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Black Lives Matter Global Network, Patrisse Cullors for a celebration of Garza's highly anticipated "liberatory offering", The Purpose of Power: How We Come Together When We Fall Apart. THE PURPOSE OF POWER is the story of one woman’s lessons from years of bringing people together to create change.  Most of all, it is a new paradigm for change for a new generation of changemakers, from the mind and heart behind one of the most important movements of our time.

This event is free and open to all people, especially to those who have no income or low income right now, but we encourage and appreciate a solidarity donation in support of the work of Charis Circle, our programming non-profit.
