The Kitchen Farmacy: Fresh Food for Health

By TPL Programs

Enjoy this Live & Online experience with Idil Farah, a nutritionist passionate about holistic ways of healing with cultural foods and using your kitchen as your 'farmacy'.
Food is like a language, an unbroken information stream that connects every cell in our bodies to an aspect of the natural world. The better the source of nutrients when it arrives to our cells, the better our health will be. Food is medicine and access to nutritious food is vital. Using a food first strategy is a simple and easy way to take care of our health at every meal.
The Kitchen Farmacy workshop is a way of eating that helps you feel your best. It is focused on nourishing your body with whole, real foods that work in your favour while stripping back what weighs you down. Learn how you can eat more plants and promote digestion while providing you with tips on stocking your kitchen farmacy with nourishing, budget friendly staples that pair well with fresh produce.
This 1-hour program will be recorded and available for replay at the same link.
