Thinking of getting a summer job? Learn how to find a job, write a winning resume and ace your interview. Join us for one workshop or all three. Hosted by Inspiring Minds.

Increase your understanding of the job market and how to look for jobs effectively. We’ll also share information about job search resources and upcoming youth job fairs.

Learn the different parts of a resume, and discuss what kind of info you should include on yours, especially if you’re applying for your first job. In the second half, participants can share their resumes and get feedback from the presenters.

Learn how to prepare for an interview: what to wear, what to bring, and how to put yourself forward as the best candidate for the job.

Inspiring Minds is a group focused on helping teens learn leadership, wellness, and career skills. As part of the Canadian Training institute, they’ve helped many teens and adults get a job or start their dream career. With their practical and helpful tips, they’ll help provide info to make sure you don’t miss out on job opportunities this summer.
