This #TeachInMN episode is the fourth of five special sessions co-presented with the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). PELSB is the state agency that grants new and renewing teaching licenses to educators. View previous and upcoming sessions.
In this session Maria Zaloker, Teacher Ethics Specialist, and Debby Odell, Licensing and Operations Manager, from PELSB, will provide attendees with essential information about the PELSB Discipline Committee, background checks, and obtaining a license to become a teacher in Minnesota if you have potential disciplinary flags on your application.
