I'm finally free for a few weeks, so I'm going to enjoy my summer holiday. I don't know yet where I'll be: at home, sailing, or mentoring the Summer Retreat of the Naked Theatre.

Wherever I am and whenever I can, I'll be sharing my morning mindfulness practice, and this time it'll be free. I want to give anyone the chance to join in and get to know our mindfulness community.

I usually offer my daily mindfulness yoga routine whenever it's nice enough to practice outside and there's internet access.

Just subscribe to my channel and I'll let you know as soon as I go online. If you miss a live session, no problem! You can always watch the recorded event whenever you want.
