Beethoven and Debussy: Music inspired by passion and poetry
Pianist Clemens Teufel will showcase works by Beethoven and Debussy with contrasting varieties of musical colors and expressions in some of Beethovens and Debussy’s most famous pieces, among them Beethoven’s Sonata Pathétique and Debussy’s Arabesques.
German pianist, Clemens Teufel has performed internationally and collaborated with local and international artists from the highest caliber at venues such as the Lincoln Center New York or the Beijing Conservatory in China. He is thrilled to bring a new, regular concert series to the Redwood and to invite performers, who present music at the highest level and with new perspectives and interpretations.
