In a marketing context, social proof is evidence that other people have purchased and found value in a product or service offered by a business. And it can take many forms—case studies, testimonials, user generated content, PR and so much more. It's a powerful (and underrated!) tactic to boost your brand reputation, legitimise your offerings, and demonstrate the value you provide.
