Adrian Geering – TEC Chair and CEO Coach – The Executive Connection (TEC)
Adrian Geering holds a thorough business background as a manager, human resource practitioner, sales director and university lecturer. He has a Ph.D. and extensive consulting experience in a wide range of private and public sectors, currently focusing on small and medium size enterprises.
Adrian’s great passions are mentoring, coaching, writing and speaking. He has presented talks and business seminars on personal, CEO, leadership, and business topics to CEOs and TEC Chairs in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, Canada, USA, and Argentina.
Andrew Downs - Founder and Executive Director of SAGE Group Holdings LTD
Andrew began his working life in 1980 as an apprentice electrician for Bridgestone Australia, in the automotive manufacturing industry. In 1994, he started his own company, SAGE Automation from the family backyard shed.
Today, SAGE Group of companies forms Australia’s largest independent System Integration service provider with 10 offices nationally and three in India, employing more than 470 staff and with revenues of $110 Million per annum.
Andrew is passionate about leadership and strategy and has recently completed the Owner President Management course at Harvard Business School. Andrew was named Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Central Region – Technology) in 2004.
Andrew loves his role as ambassador for SAGE, he serves on a number of privately owned company boards. His is also a member of the Australian Industry Group Defence Council.
