Cristina has been working with BCD Travel for the past 5 years. She oversees and manages customer relations by serving as a liaison between the company and their customers and prospects. In her role, she helps the company understand its prospect sales behavior better to deliver better value to them.
Across all regions, she ensures their CRM platform captures all required information at the key points in the sales cycle – ensuring a 360-degree sales experience, mapping and analyzing the touch points along a pipeline to maximize the sales opportunities, identifying new leads and target audiences, segmenting and maintaining customer lists, leveraging all different communication channels and platforms.
