Eleanor Dofman leads the Global Renewals & Retention team as well as a new business sales team at Segment, the leading Customer Data Platform. Prior to her current roles, she's launched and has led teams across GTM at both Segment and Clever (online infrastructure for school districts) - including Customer Success, Success Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Expansion Sales. She approaches any role with a retention focused lens and is passionate about retaining and growing customers.
Han Hong has spent 15+ years in customer success and account management, across various product types and company life stages. Han currently serves as Director of Customer Success at Udemy for Business, leading a team of CSMs in San Francisco and Denver. Her team is responsible for enabling organizations to achieve their business goals through Udemy and learning.

Han also leads the Webb Family Foundation, working with education organizations focused on underserved communities. Prior to Udemy, she lead an Account Management team at Everwise.

Han holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley. Based in Denver, CO, she's an avid trail runner and cyclist, lover of the mountains, and all things sweet.
